To ensure we can provide the highest level of service to our clients and fairly compensate our professional artists, we require a five-service minimum per artist for all Friday, Saturday, and Sunday weddings and group bookings.
Weekend dates are our most requested dates and are often reserved months to over a year in advance. When an artist commits to your wedding or group booking, they are reserving a significant portion of their day exclusively for your party and, in most cases, are unable to accept another booking that day.
Because of this, each artist must be booked for a minimum of five services to adequately compensate them for their time, preparation, travel, and commitment to reserving the date. This minimum also allows us to properly staff each booking and create an efficient timeline without rushing or overbooking our artists.

Our five-service minimum refers to five individual hair and/or makeup services — not five people.
Hair and makeup are each considered one individual service. For example:
• Hair = 1 service
• Makeup = 1 service
• Hair + Makeup on one person = 2 services
This means your five-service minimum could be any combination of hair and makeup, such as 3 hair services + 2 makeup services, or 2 hair services + 3 makeup services.
For example, three people receiving both hair and makeup would actually equal six services, not three.
The minimum is based on the total number of individual services being performed by each artist, rather than the number of people in your party.
-
If your wedding or group does not require enough hair and/or makeup services to meet the five-service minimum, you may still reserve the artist by paying for the remaining services as “ghost services.”
A ghost service is simply a paid but unused service that counts toward the artist’s required minimum. For example, if an artist is needed for only four services, one additional service would be charged as a ghost service to fulfill the five-service minimum.
Ghost services do not need to be assigned to a person or performed on the day of your booking. They simply allow you to secure the artist and reserve their availability while ensuring the minimum booking requirement is met.
Please note: The five-service minimum applies per artist, not to the booking as a whole. If additional artists are required to accommodate your service count, requested completion time, or timeline, each additional artist must also meet the five-service minimum.
We truly appreciate your understanding of this policy. It allows us to maintain an experienced, reliable team while providing every wedding and group with the professionalism, organization, and level of service we are known for.

As an on-location hair and makeup team, we bring the full professional beauty experience directly to you. Our travel fees account for much more than simply the mileage or gas required to get to your venue.
Our team consists of professional artists located throughout Southwest and Central Florida, spanning the West Coast from Marco Island and Naples through Fort Myers, Sarasota, Tampa, and the Orlando area. Because our artists are not all based in one location, travel fees are calculated based on each individual artist’s location and the distance required for them to travel to and from your venue.
-
Travel fees are not simply reimbursement for gasoline. On-location beauty services require our artists to transport a significant amount of professional equipment and supplies to create a fully functional beauty setup at your location.
Depending on the services being provided, our artists may travel with:
• Professional hair and makeup kits
• Multiple rolling cases and luggage
• Professional lighting
• Makeup and styling chairs
• Hot tools and styling equipment
• Extension and specialty styling supplies
• Sanitation and disposable supplies
• Backup products, tools, and equipment
In addition to transporting this equipment, travel fees help account for round-trip mileage, gas, tolls, parking when applicable, vehicle wear and tear, loading and unloading equipment, and the artist’s travel time.
For many bookings, an artist may spend several additional hours traveling before and after the actual service time. That time is dedicated exclusively to your booking and limits the artist’s ability to accept other clients or events that day.
-
The distance from your venue to Naples does not necessarily determine your travel fee.
Because our team spans a large portion of Florida, the artist or artists best suited and available for your booking may be traveling from Naples, Fort Myers, Sarasota, Tampa, Orlando, or another surrounding area.
Artist assignments are made based on several factors, including availability, services requested, specialty, scheduling, and the needs of your particular booking. Travel is then calculated according to the artist(s) assigned and their distance to your venue.
Our travel structure allows us to maintain a larger, highly skilled team and provide professional on-location services throughout Florida while ensuring our artists are appropriately compensated for the additional time, expense, and logistics required to travel to each booking.
