Booking & payment
1
A non-refundable retainer of $350 is required to reserve the event date. No services are guaranteed until the retainer and signed contract are received.
The remaining balance, including a 20% gratuity, is due no later than 14 days before the event.
Any balance unpaid by the due date may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of retainer.
Artist Illness, Substitution & Refund Policy
2
In the event that an assigned artist becomes ill or is otherwise unable to perform services, we will make every reasonable effort to provide a replacement artist of comparable skill and experience. Substitutions are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. If no replacement artist is available and services must be canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, we shall not be held liable for any resulting losses or damages. Any refunds issued in such circumstances are at the sole discretion of the company.
Why We Require a 5-Service Minimum During Peak Season
3
Weekend dates during peak wedding season are in very high demand. To ensure proper staffing, travel, and the level of service we provide, we require a minimum of five services on these dates. This allows us to accommodate bookings efficiently while maintaining quality and availability for all of our brides.
Why We Require a Deposit Before Scheduling a Trial
4
Due to the high volume of bookings we receive, wedding dates often book extremely quickly—sometimes up to two years in advance. For this reason, we are unable to hold or reserve a wedding date without a signed contract and a $350 non-refundable deposit.
While we understand the desire to schedule a trial first, trials do not secure your wedding date. In the past, we have made exceptions in an effort to accommodate brides; however, this has almost always resulted in the wedding date being booked by another client before a deposit was placed. Unfortunately, this has led to brides losing their desired date nearly every time.
To avoid disappointment and ensure your wedding date is fully secured, we strongly recommend booking your wedding services with a deposit before scheduling a trial.
60 day cancelation contract
5.
Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to reduce headcount or cancel services within 60 days of the wedding date. Our artists reserve their weekends years in advance and are contractually guaranteed a minimum of five services for that day. These commitments are made long before your event and directly impact our team’s income. As a small business, we must honor the time and availability promised to our employees, and last-minute reductions would affect their livelihood. For this reason, all booked services are final within 60 days of the wedding. The retainer is non-refundable under all circumstances.
If services are canceled less than 60 days before the event, 100% of the total balance is still due.
These cover the time and costs associated with booking and managing your services, including scheduling, contract preparation, communication, staffing coordination, and ongoing administrative support leading up to your event.
